Information stored in Red Hat’s Jira instance may be processed by artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities, including those provided by third-party service providers, to analyze data, identify trends, make predictions, and provide AI-generated responses.

What personal information is processed?
Atlassian processes the following personal information for product and functionality access, including AI:
Account information (necessary for logging in)
Name
Email address
Profile information (optional)
location
job title
photo
Users can control the visibility of many of their profile attributes, including email address, by navigating to https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility.
Account Deactivation
Red Hat associate Atlassian accounts are managed and can be deactivated or deleted by Atlassian org administrators. External users can initiate the deletion of their accounts.
